The company is a segregated cell company incorporated under the laws of Curacao on the 2nd day of April 2015 with registered number 135601. The Company Core Holdings Share Class B is a Debt Collection Agent that specializes in the collection of receivables from complex contracts in the field of waste deposal in the oil refinery industry in general and more particularly in South America. In addition, the company acts as a trustee and (re) invests collected funds into a wide range of investment goods deemed to provide proper absolute returns.
The Company may engage third party investment advisors or investment managers to manage the assets. The management and/or performance fees payable to such investment advisors or sub-investment managers will be approved by a majority of the investors of the class and/or will be disclosed to investors prior to a potential investment in the Company.
