Eclipse Management B.V. is a Curacao Private Company formed on the 30th of August 2005 by Eric Andersen as a vehicle to provide services to the alternative investment fund industry.

The Company holds a Trust Service Provider license issued by the Central Bank of Curacao and St. Maarten. Eclipse is committed to developing close relationships with each of its clients in fulfilling its mission of the provision of substantive corporate governance.

This is reflected in the restricted number of clients – comprising less than 40 client relationships and less than 100 directorships.

Eclipse currently has several staff members with complementary skills and experience relevant to the industry. Eric Andersen and Angeliek Jacobs serve as directors of Eclipse Management B.V.
