SSC Corporate Services Limited (“SSC”) is a well-established financial advisory firm incorporated in Hong Kong. It has been providing exceptional accounting, taxation, and corporate advisory services to both private and public clients since 2008.  Their listing advisory team has grown rapidly in the past few years and they have successfully assisted multiple companies listed in different stock markets including Australian Securities Exchanges, Hong Kong Stock Exchange as well as Sydney Stock Exchange.

The listing executives are qualified accountants with big four and international accounting firms background. Their extensive experience and expertise have played a vital role in guiding and assisting our clients through the whole listing process.

SSC is now one of the accredited LADs with DCSX, our services will be focusing on providing:

• advice on capital structure including the offer price, number of shares to be raised and timing of IPO etc;
• liaising with the professional party through the due diligence and IPO process;
• assisting in prospectus preparation;
• company valuation, budget, and financial forecast;
