Suzhou Huayixin Financial Consulting resigned as Listing advisor of the listed entity China Yi Media Technology Group Holding Co. Ltd with DCSX symbol CNYT as of April 17, 2021.

The DCSX will be in contact with the Issuer to evaluate this situation.

If another approved Listing Advisor can not be appointed forthwith the company will be de-listed by the DCSX for non-compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the DCSX.
